Combined Skive-burnishing Tool is a combined cutting tool based on ball rolling tool in order to process high precision and high finish cylinders such as oil pipe and cylinder pipe. It is composed of fine boring and rolling parts. Boring head is a kind of deep hole cutting tool and it is a new combined cutter. Boring head can be used to bore a hole and for rolling. Boring is completed at one time and rolling hole is used to improve processing efficiency. The process of boring head is to bore a hole first and then complete rolling. Two boring cutters are used for boring and lower circle of chip outlet extends 2-5mm. 
As inner chip removal method is used, oil is fed through outside of boring rod and passes through guide bar and cutting edge. Chip is carried in front of boring rod and removed from rear side, so that cutting edge and guide bar can be completed cooled down and lubricated. Super-hard cutting materials can be freely used to make cutting edge and guide bar to achieve high speed, high precision and deep hole boring. Rigid rolling tool with cylindrical roller is used to make rolling hole. As plastic deformation is formed on metal surface, small surface roughness can be corrected and reduced. Surface heat treatment and fine finishing of part can be replaced. Small adjustment is allowed with safe and reliable properties. Compared with conventional grinding process, oil cylinder processing is featured by high efficiency, high precision, high surface fineness and strong metal strength.
